What time can I arrive?
The rooms are at your disposal from 3 pm
What time do I have to vacate the room?
We will ask you to leave the rooms at the latest at 11 am
How do I get to the hotel?
What are the opening hours of the reception?
The reception of the hotel is open 7/7 from 8H to 13H and from 15H to 19H
Are pets allowed in the facility?
Animals are accepted in the establishment. We thank you to make the request for confirmation.
Does the hotel have a concierge service?
A concierge service is at your disposal within the establishment for your car rental needs, laundry and ironing, childcare.... Do not hesitate to contact the reception.
What are the breakfast hours?
Breakfast is served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. poolside in the Ti Palm restaurant.

Does the establishment have a parking lot?
Yes, a private and free parking is available to our customers.
Does the hotel have PRM access?
Yes, a PMR access has been installed, and we also have a PMR room
Does the hotel have a spa?
The hotel has no on-site spa, but our guests have access to the spa at our partner hotel La Playa Orient Bay, 20m from the hotel. The treatment menu is available here.
Does the hotel have a restaurant?
We have the Ti Palm restaurant on site. Open for dinner. Closed on Sundays.

Does the hotel offer transfers?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a transfer shuttle.

A water sport area located on the beach offers many water activities
